30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

✅ The product should be in a resalable condition (not tampered with).

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to replace a product:

2️⃣ Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.
This ensures faster processing and availability of your desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union (EU), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel or return your order for any reason. The item must be:
✅ Unused and in original packaging.
✅ Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If your return is approved:
